Lanuza

Lanuza is located at an altitude of 1,281 metres, in one of the most impressive areas of natural beauty in the Region, the Tena Valley.

The construction of the Lanuza reservoir in the 1970s resulted in the village being abandoned, although a major process to recover its streets and houses is now underway, rescuing them from ruin and preserving the traditional appearance of this charming mountain village.

Lanuza is the location of the iconic South Pyrenees Festival (Pirineos Sur, Festival Internacional de las Culturas).
